Justin Ridgewell 1f11dc0881 classPrivateMethods enables PrivateName usage ...

This separates `classPrivateMethods`'s dependency on
`classPrivateProperties`. It also starts a `PrivateName` at the hash
symbol, not the `Identifier`.
